Data Processing Addendum

1. Overview

This summary describes how OxyBoat processes personal data on behalf of business customers. It is not legal advice; enterprise customers may request a signed DPA.

2. Roles

You are the data controller for your end-customer data. Atlantic Media (OxyBoat) acts as a processor when handling that data to provide the service.

3. Security

We implement encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. Subprocessors are used for hosting and messaging providers as disclosed in our privacy policy.
